1. Processing Times
- Standard Stock Orders: Orders for in-stock inventory are processed, packed, and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Bulk & Custom Wholesale Orders (OEM/ODM): Custom brand production, large volume orders, or manufacturing requests require specific production timelines. Your account manager will provide an estimated dispatch date upon invoice confirmation.
- Holiday Schedule: Processing and dispatch times may be extended during major holiday periods, including Chinese New Year (Golden Week) and National Day holidays. We advise booking inventory well in advance during these periods.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We utilize reliable, vape-friendly logistics channels and specialized air/sea freight forwarders to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method:

3. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Regulations
Because electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), e-liquids, and disposable vapes are heavily regulated globally, please read the following terms carefully:
- Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with national, state, and local laws, licenses, and regulations of the destination country.
- Import Duties & Taxes: All prices listed on China Vape Supply are FOB (Free On Board) or EXW (Ex Works)unless specified otherwise. Any local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), or consumption taxes levied at the destination port are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs Clearances: In the event that a shipment is delayed, detained, or seized by customs authorities in the destination country due to lack of proper importing permits, age-restriction documentation, or local vape bans, China Vape Supply cannot be held liable, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
4. Shipping Rates & Calculations
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically during checkout or provided on your wholesale invoice based on:
- The gross weight and dimensional volume (CBM) of the shipment.
- The destination country and zip/postal code.
- The selected carrier line.

5. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent automatically to your registered email address.
- Tracking Updates: It may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking milestones to update on the carrier website after the initial tracking code is generated, as packages must first clear our domestic export facilities.
6. Lost, Misdelivered, or Damaged Cargo
- Incorrect Address Details: We ship strictly to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or invalid addresses provided by the buyer.
- Damaged in Transit: If your shipment arrives physically damaged, note the damage on the courier’s delivery receipt immediately and take comprehensive photos/videos of the outer carton. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@chinavapesupply.com to lodge an insurance or transit claim.
- Stolen/Missing Packages: If a tracking number shows a package as successfully “Delivered” by the local courier but you have not received it, you must file an official inquiry with the local carrier directly before contacting our support.
