Because we specialize in wholesale distribution and electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), our return and refund guidelines are strictly enforced to manage international logistics, compliance, and product safety. Please read this policy carefully prior to placing your order.


1. Deadlines for Requesting a Return or Refund

  • Defective or Damaged Items (DOA): You must report any Defective on Arrival (DOA) items or shipping damage within 7 days of the delivery date recorded by the tracking carrier.

  • Incorrect Items / Missing Inventory: Discrepancies in order fulfillment (e.g., wrong flavors, missing quantities) must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Change of Mind / Unopened Items: Because of the international shipping costs and health/safety regulations governing vape products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or unsold inventory.All sales are final once shipped.

3. The Return and Claims Process

If you receive a defective or incorrect order, you must initiate a claim by following these steps:

  1. Submit a Claim: Email our support team at [Insert Support Email] within the 7-day window. Your email must include:

    • Your Order/Invoice Number.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • Visual Evidence: High-resolution photos or a short video demonstrating the defect, the product batch code, and the shipping label/box condition.

  2. Review & Authorization: Our quality control team will review your evidence within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Do not ship items back to our warehouse without an authorized RMA number.

    • Note: Unless the error is entirely ours (e.g., we shipped the completely wrong product), the buyer is responsible for return international shipping costs.


4. Refund & Compensation Options

Once your claim or returned items are inspected and approved, we offer the following compensation options (at our discretion or by mutual agreement):

  • Store Credit / Account Balance: The approved refund amount will be credited immediately to your China Vape Supply account balance to be applied to your next bulk purchase. (Recommended for fast processing).

  • Replacement Items: We will add the replacement items directly into your next upcoming scheduled shipment/order.

  • Original Payment Refund: If a direct refund is authorized, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution or bank processing times.


5. Non-Refundable Scenarios & Exclusions

China Vape Supply will not issue a refund, credit, or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Customs Seizures or Regulatory Delays: It is the buyer’s strict responsibility to understand and comply with local import laws, licensing, and vape regulations in their destination country. We are not responsible for orders confiscated, destroyed, or held by your country’s customs authorities.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not liable if an order fails to deliver because you provided an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address.

  • User Error or Damage: Defects caused by improper handling, dropping, water damage, using third-party charging cables, or altering the products will not be covered.

  • Clearance or Sale Items: All items purchased from a clearance, closeout, or discount section are sold “as-is” and are strictly non-refundable.
